How do I see new reservations?

How do I see and approve new reservations? 

The reservations tab will show all reservations based on an agreement period. To review and approve reservations go to the reservations tab. 

  1. Select Reservations
  2. Select an Agreement Period
  3. Click on a Tenant to see more information

Reservation Stages

The reservation process is divided into sections or stages that reflect the progress of the tenant reservations. 

  • All
  • Approved Reservations show all approved reservations in the selected agreement period.
  • Manager Ready Reservations are reservations that have completed all tenant requested actions and are ready for management review. 
  • In-Process Reservations are reservations where the tenant has completed some of the required steps
  • Leads are Guest Cards or invitations that have been sent to prospective tenants and no progress has been made on their reservations. These invites can be sent from other tenants, roommates, or manager users. 

Review and Approve Reservations

  1. Select a reservation to review and approve
  2. The right side detail menu will open open
  3. Review the content and information on the right side detail menu
  4. Select the approve or deny icon (deny is a red thumbs-down and approve is a green thumbs-up)
  5. After selecting the approve green thumbs-up you will open the approval workflow. Here you will review the steps of the reservations and record your approval of each:
    1. Review and Approve the Application
    2. Review and Approve the Room and Bed Assignment
    3. Review and Approve the Contract Charges
    4. Review and Approve the Contract Documents
    5. Review and Approve the Fees
  6. Once fully approved the contract will be signed, fees posted and the user will now show in the approved stage.
