How Do I Hide or Show an Agreement Period?

Agreement periods settings include: Open to Leasing, Renewal Leasing Only, and Display on Manager Dashboard.   

How do I open leasing for an agreement period?

Before you turn on leasing for an agreement period verify that you have correct services and pricing templates set up. You don't want to enable an agreement period for leasing prior pricing templates being audited. 

To open leasing for a new agreement period do the following:

1. Open Settings
2. Select Agreement Periods
3. Navigate to your desired Agreement Period
4. Under Open to Leasing
   1. Change the setting to ON
5. Under Renewal Leasing Only
   1. Change the setting to OFF

How do I open leasing for renewal?

First, verify that you have correct services and pricing templates set up. You don't want to enable an agreement period for leasing prior pricing templates being audited. 

To open leasing for renewals do the following:

1. Open Settings
2. Select Agreement Periods
3. Navigate to your desired Agreement Period
4. Under Open to Leasing
   1. Change the setting to ON
5. Under Renewal Leasing Only
   1. Change this setting to ON

How do I display or hide an agreement period on my dashboard?

The display on manager dashboard setting allows you to select which agreement periods you want to incorporate into your dashboard. As agreement periods close you may find it helpful to turn off their display and focus your views on the most relevant agreement periods. 

To change the display of agreement periods on your dashboard:

1. Open Settings
2. Select Agreement Periods
3. Navigate to your desired Agreement Period
4. Under Display on Manager Dashboard
   1. Change the setting to either ON or OFF based on your preference. This will not delete the agreement period and can be updated anytime.
