How do I change their password?

If you have a tenant that needs help changing their password and they are unable to follow the reset password links on their login as a manager you can do it for them. 

To change a tenant's password:

  1. Open up their tenant profile
  2. On the header of their profile select Change Password
  3. On the reset tenant password screen input the new password
  4. On the reset, tenant password screen repeat the new password
  5. Save the changes by selecting Reset Password
  6. Once the password is reset, the Tenant will be able to use the new password to access his/her account.
