How do I change their password?
If you have a tenant that needs help changing their password and they are unable to follow the reset password links on their login as a manager you can do it for them.
To change a tenant's password:
- Open up their tenant profile
- On the header of their profile select Change Password
- On the reset tenant password screen input the new password
- On the reset, tenant password screen repeat the new password
- Save the changes by selecting Reset Password
- Once the password is reset, the Tenant will be able to use the new password to access his/her account.
