How do I change a tenant's email?
If you have a tenant that needs help changing their password and they are unable to follow the reset password links on their login as a manager you can do it for them.
To change a tenant's email:
- Open up their tenant profile
- On the header of their profile select Change Email
- On the Change Login Email form input the new login email
- Repeat the new login email
- Submit the changes with the reset email button
- A confirmation email will be sent to the tenant at the new email address
