How do I change a tenant's email?

If you have a tenant that needs help changing their password and they are unable to follow the reset password links on their login as a manager you can do it for them. 

To change a tenant's email:

  1. Open up their tenant profile
  2. On the header of their profile select Change Email
  3. On the Change Login Email form input the new login email
  4. Repeat the new login email
  5. Submit the changes with the reset email button
  6. A confirmation email will be sent to the tenant at the new email address
