A Manager View of the Tenant Profile

The manage and tenant have unique views and tools found in the tenant profile. This article is an overview of the tenant profile from the perspective of the manager. 

Profile Header

The profile head is a summary of the Tenant and includes:

• Tenant Name
• Tenant Move-in Date
• Project Tenant Move-out Date
• The Tenant ID Number
• The Current Balance Owed
• Change Password Tools
• Change Email Tools
• Message Tools
• The Tenant Email
• The Tenant Phone
• Exclude from Late Fees
• Tenant Status

Profile Navigation and Tabs

Under the Tenant Profile Header, there are navigation tabs. Here the manager is able to view additional information regarding the tenant and reservation. Tabs include:

• Ledgers
• Application Info
• Reservations
• Documents
